Property Details

This townhouse is part of a waterfront residential community built on the beautiful shores of Osoyoos Lake. It has been designed with a southwestern theme to truly capture the essence of Osoyoos' desert climate. It includes both lake and mountain views.

Our townhouse has 1250 sq.ft. of luxury living and includes all modern conveniences and a single car garage. The living room has a natural gas fireplace and an AC unit. It also includes a single sliding door to the patio, full cable TV / VHS / DVD player and telephone. The fully equipped kitchen includes a complete set of cooking utensils, microwave, large doublestainless steel sinks with garburator, frost free refrigerator, dishwasher, self-cleaning electric oven with exhaust hood and a washer / dryer.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double / single bunkbed. There is an additional bathroom with a deep soakertub / shower. There is also a den fitted with a foldout couch and private washroom. All bed linens and towels are included. It can sleep 7 people.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURES:

Arrival / Checking in time (4:00 pm)
The office is located at 8315 Main Street, Osoyoos, BC and is open Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm for day arrivals.
After office hours arrivals, please call at least 1 hour before arriving (Carol 250-485-2238). Someone will meet you at the condo with your keys, or contact our office anytime during office hours to arrange a time for check in.


Departure / Checking out time (10:00 am)
(1). During office hours, please call to make an appointment for check out (250-495-2238) or drop off keys at our office on Main Street before 10:00am.
If you are leaving very early please call our 24 hour message service 250-495-2238, and leave a message, your condo # and what time you will be leaving. ( for example, Condo #--- we will be leaving at 6:30am on August 4th.) This makes things easier for the cleaner to know who is gone before 10:00am.

(2). All towels must be washed and dried. If this is not done, this cost will be picked up by the tenant from the security deposit.

(3). All personal garbage must be removed from the unit.
